Contract | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Operating Room setting throughout the perioperative process
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility protocols, infection control standards, and surgical safety guidelines
• Participate in on-call rotation as required and discussed during the interview process
• Float to like units or campuses within a 20-mile radius as needed
• Work a minimum of 2 out of 3 end-of-year holidays if the assignment spans that period

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a valid compact RN license compliant with NLC guidelines — must be active at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience with at least one prior travel assignment completed, or 3 years of recent OR experience without prior travel
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to qualify as a travel candidate
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application; RTO submitted after an offer is made will not be honored
• Willingness to work on-call as determined during the interview process
• Block scheduling is not guaranteed; candidates must be comfortable with a flexible scheduling structure

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of recent Operating Room experience
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
• BSN degree (ADN accepted for this position)
