Contract | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No Weekends | No On-Call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting
• Manage a daily caseload of approximately 8–11 patients depending on travel time
• Meet productivity expectations of 4–5 patient visits per day based on area and travel
• Document patient care and progress using Meditech EMR system
• Adhere to a Monday–Friday schedule, with flexibility to adjust to a Tuesday–Friday schedule if needed
• Travel to patient homes within the assigned service area; mileage reimbursed at the IRS Standard Mileage Rate

Required Qualifications

• Active Missouri Physical Therapist state license (PT Compact privileges may be considered)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Home Health PT experience
• Must not reside within a 60-mile radius of the assignment location (local candidates not accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech EMR documentation system
• Comfort working independently in a home health environment with minimal supervision
