Physical Therapist
Location: Corpus Christi, TX
Schedule / Job Type: Travel, Days, 8-hour shifts, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inpatient rehabilitation therapy to a caseload of patients
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and perform therapeutic interventions
• Utilize basic lift and therapy equipment to assist patients in their recovery
• Document patient progress in the electronic medical record system (Meditech)
• Collaborate with unit staff to ensure patient-centered care and optimal outcomes
• Support patient safety and adhere to all clinical and unit policies

Required Qualifications:

• Valid license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Hospital experience, specifically in inpatient rehab settings
• Experience with CARE scoring procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Inpatient rehab experience preferred
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system
• Strong team-oriented and energetic personality

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

Floating Area(s):

• Acute Care Hospital

Shift Details:

• Days, 9-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• At least 2 weekend days per month
