Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient rehabilitation therapy services to patients in an acute care hospital setting.
• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Perform therapeutic procedures and interventions to facilitate patient recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in the EMR system.
• Adhere to unit policies and safety guidelines, including weekend shifts and on-call duties as scheduled.

Required Qualifications

• Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• BLS certification.
• Hospital or acute care therapy experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Inpatient rehab experience.
• Experience with CARE scoring.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate energy and enthusiasm.
