Registered Nurse ICU

Job Title

• Registered Nurse – ICU (Night Shift)

Location

• Cleveland, OH

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing support to ICU patients across multiple units and emergency departments.
• Float between ICU and ED as needed to support patient care needs.
• Collaborate closely with medical teams to implement care plans and monitor patient progress.
• Follow facility protocols to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Document patient information accurately and efficiently in electronic health records.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent ICU/critical care experience.
• Valid Ohio license or Compact State license in hand at time of application.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications; NIHSS preferred.
• Ability to recognize ECG rhythms and perform safe medication administration (assessment during orientation).
• Recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director within the past 12 months.
• Completion of required assessments with acceptable scores (ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in multiple ICU environments and emergency departments.
• Prior full-time ICU experience at a single facility preferred.
