Job Title

• Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN / LPN)

• Albuquerque, NM

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Monitor and document patient health status and update care plans accordingly
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
• Adhere to facility policies and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
• Proven experience in a SNF or LTC setting preferred
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts and manage a demanding workload

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience with long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Flexibility to work night shifts and overtime as needed
