Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 patients per week
• Ensure documentation and treatment plans meet organizational standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality care
• Maintain professional appearance in business casual attire
• Work up to 40 hours per week with 36 guaranteed hours; overtime must be approved by the director

Required Qualifications
• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Tennessee
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work under productivity standards (60 patients/week)
• Willingness to accept new graduates and first-time travel therapists

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and patient management skills
• Flexibility to float to other clinics is not required
