Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy to diverse patient populations
• Evaluate patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy sessions
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain adherence to clinical and safety protocols
• Potential to float to other clinics within the region based on operational needs

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient orthopedic experience highly preferred
• Willingness to accept first-time travelers and new grads (though new grads are not preferred)
• Experience working in a busy outpatient environment
• Ability to manage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
