Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Maintain a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week
• Participate in double-booking of follow-up visits as required by clinic protocol
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced outpatient clinical setting

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility to practice in Virginia
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience (new graduates will not be considered)
• Ability to meet productivity standards in an outpatient environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• Experience with high-volume patient scheduling and double-booking workflows
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
