Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed therapists in providing physical therapy services to patients
• Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress under supervision
• Assist with patient evaluations and document treatment activities
• Ensure patients follow prescribed exercise and therapy routines
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment

Required Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Knowledge of patient care procedures and therapy techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a healthcare or therapy setting
• Familiarity with patient documentation and treatment plans
• Bilingual skills (if applicable)
