Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, days shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Required Qualifications
- Active LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Previous experience in LTC/SNF preferred
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts in a day schedule
- Dependable and compassionate patient care approach
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
