Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Day shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Administer medications and perform nursing procedures according to care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and document observations accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- At least 1 year of experience in a LTC or SNF environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with medication administration in a long-term care setting
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
