Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shift, weekends on Fridays (10:30 AM - 11:00 PM), Saturdays and Sundays (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM), with possible call
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures on patients following established protocols under supervision of a radiologist
- Prepare patients and explain procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation
- Operate MRI equipment safely and accurately to obtain diagnostic images
- Maintain detailed patient records and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to facilitate accurate diagnoses
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Less than 1 year of experience in MRI or related imaging field
- Certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging from ARRT (ARRT-MR), ARMRIT, or ARRT-R radiography certification
- Valid American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or ARMRIT certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Basic knowledge of MRI safety protocols and patient care
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
