Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting managing conditions such as respiratory failure, DKA, STEMI, overdose, detox, CHF, and complex post-operative surgical cases
- Utilize Epic EMR for accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Float to medical/surgical units as needed to support staffing requirements
- Precept and support new graduate RNs as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in Montana or a compact state license
- Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience precepting new graduate RNs highly preferred
- Broad ICU clinical background including general medical/surgical ICU experience
