Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Telemetry

Location
• Columbus, OH

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care for adult populations on medical surgical and telemetry units
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret dysrhythmias
• Administer medications, including blood products and IV therapy
• Access ports and manage central lines, PICC lines, and arterial lines
• Assist with invasive procedures such as chest tube insertions and removals
• Ensure adherence to infection prevention protocols and fall prevention measures

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting
• Valid RN license in Ohio or a compact state
• Current BCLS certification
• EPIC electronic health record experience required
• Ability to interpret ABGs and manage high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC)
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous travel nursing experience
• Experience with ICU or high-acuity units
• Knowledge of special equipment such as B450 monitors, GE telemetry systems, and Alaris pumps

Additional Details
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Number of shifts per week: 3

Travel Compliance
• Urgent requirement for Ohio fingerprinting completion prior to start date
• Candidates outside Ohio must complete fingerprinting in Ohio or through mailed packets
• All candidates must be responsive and cooperative with credentialing process

References
• Two professional references required, including at least one managerial or leadership reference
• Former employees eligible if they have been away for 6 months or more
• Current employees are not eligible to apply as travelers

• RTO (Request for Time Off) must be included with submission and built into the contract
• Candidates must have education from an accredited program (ACEN or CCNE)
