Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 0.9 FTE (3x12-hour shifts) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct inpatient nursing care to primarily adult patients, with some adolescent patients, in a behavioral health setting
- Work night shift hours on a rotating schedule including every other weekend and every other holiday
- Fulfill an additional 24 hours of on-call time over each 6-week scheduling period
- Perform in a charge nurse role as required
- Utilize Epic EMR and Pyxis systems for documentation and medication management
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Demonstrated competency with Epic EMR
- Demonstrated competency with Pyxis medication dispensing system
- Willingness and ability to serve in a charge nurse role
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a behavioral health or psychiatric inpatient setting
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training
