Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, Days, 4 shifts per week, 10.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and assist in pediatric cardiovascular surgeries within the operating room.
- Monitor vital signs and provide pre- and post-operative care for pediatric patients.
- Collaborate with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and unit staff to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records.
- Adhere to unit policies, safety standards, and best practices in pediatric cardiac surgery.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital experience as a CVOR RN in pediatrics.
- Valid BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Experience with cardiac and open-heart surgeries.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Pediatric nursing experience.
- CVOR or cardiac surgery background.
- Ability to work across multiple service lines.
