Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
  • Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team members
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity and quality of resident care

Required Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas or compact eligibility
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
  • Ability to work night shift hours as scheduled

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems commonly used in LTC/SNF environments
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a geriatric care setting
