Travel Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform OB/GYN, abdominal, vascular, and pediatric ultrasound studies in a hospital-based ultrasound department
• Assist with procedures including thoracentesis and paracentesis as needed
• Operate GE Logiq E9 XD Clear ultrasound equipment and document findings using Meditech EMR and FUJI Synapse PACS systems
• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care as an independent, self-starting professional
• Adhere to high-level disinfection protocols including Trophon probe cleaning systems
• Collaborate with an experienced ultrasound team to support growing OB, ED, and surgical service volumes

Required Qualifications

• RDMS certification with Abdomen (ABD) and OB/GYN registry credentials required
• RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound technologist experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Proficiency with EMR and PACS documentation systems

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with GE Logiq ultrasound equipment
• Background performing vascular studies and assisting with interventional procedures such as thoracentesis and paracentesis
• Outstanding patient and customer service skills in a fast-paced hospital environment
