Schedule / Job Type

  • Part-time, 30 hours/week, daytime shifts (3 days per week, 8 hours per shift)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to clients according to individualized treatment plans
  • Assess communication, speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement therapy goals and strategies to improve patient outcomes
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support

Required Qualifications

  • Valid State-issued Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification
  • Proven experience in speech-language therapy (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and assessment skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of documentation and compliance standards

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior clinical or school-based therapy experience
  • Familiarity with pediatric or adult therapy settings
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
