- Part-time, 35 hours weekly, 4 days per week, Day shifts, 8 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed therapists in providing occupational therapy services to patients
- Implement treatment plans and therapeutic activities under supervision
- Monitor patient progress and document treatment sessions accordingly
- Support patients in performing daily activities to improve their functional capabilities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
- State licensure or registration, as required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting
- Knowledge of therapeutic assessment tools and treatment software
