Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to an orthopedic patient population
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Perform double-booking of follow-up visits as required by clinic workflow
• Float to other clinic locations within the regional network as needed
• Obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Tennessee or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Ability to meet clinic productivity standards in an outpatient setting
• Willingness and ability to float to regional clinic locations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience, particularly with orthopedic populations
• Experience managing high-volume patient caseloads in a fast-paced clinic environment
