Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services to patients according to physician orders and treatment plans.
• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable licensing and credentialing requirements.

Required Qualifications
• Valid and active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in setting up and administering therapy treatments.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly.
• Equipment will be provided during the interview process.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and best practices.
