Interventional Radiology Technologist

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week), rotating day off | On-call as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures in a high-volume, fast-paced environment handling 60–65 cases per day across 7 procedure rooms
• Provide scrub technologist support for a full range of IR procedures, managing cases neck-down with some light neuro overflow (e.g., thyroid biopsies)
• Operate Siemens imaging systems including Artis icono, Artis Q, and Artis zee single-plane units
• Handle all vascular access and line placements for the facility, including outpatient services
• Float to an additional IR location as needed
• Participate in on-call coverage as required

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of interventional radiology experience with scrub experience required
• ARRT Radiography certification (must be in hand at time of start)
• Kansas State Board of Healing Arts licensure (may be applied for upon offer)
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Must be able to attend scheduled orientation (Mondays and Tuesdays, plus nursing orientation Wednesday–Friday on a bi-weekly basis)
• New graduates will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of interventional radiology experience
• Experience in a large hospital setting
• Peripheral and neurovascular procedural experience
