Respiratory Therapist – Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Weekends required (every other per CBA)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services across multiple units, with the ability to float internally between departments as needed
• Deliver specialized respiratory care in a Level 3 NICU environment
• Support adult ICU patients in a Level 2 Adult ICU setting
• Adhere to established respiratory therapist staffing ratios per RT matrix guidelines
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling, with shift assignments typically confirmed one to two weeks in advance

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Respiratory Therapist license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• NICU Level III or IV experience – hard stop requirement
• Level 2 Adult ICU experience required
• Willingness and ability to float within the facility as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity, multi-unit hospital environment
• Demonstrated flexibility in variable shift and scheduling environments
