Location: Tucson, AZ
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days, 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift (40 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Manage an active caseload of 25-30 patients daily, documenting care using NextGen and case management tools
• Perform Fall Risk Assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat a variety of conditions including orthopedic issues, post-operative recovery, balance dysfunction, and musculoskeletal injuries such as Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tears, Back Pain, Fractures, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Osteoarthritis, and more
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure adherence to dress code: Business Casual

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1+ years of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedics and general rehabilitation
• Proficient in Electronic Medical Records, preferably NextGen
• Ability to perform comprehensive assessments including Fall Risk and post-surgical care

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with outpatient caseload management in a fast-paced setting
• Knowledge of post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation protocols
• Familiarity with case management and documentation software
