Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on orthopedic cases.
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize clinic efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinic staff and physicians to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed, and require approval from the director for any overtime.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics is not required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to work day shifts, 8 hours per day.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Orthopedic therapy experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• New graduates will be considered, but prior outpatient experience is preferred.
