Location: Racine, WI
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shift, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients according to treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and adjust treatment strategies.
• Ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with ATI and organizational requirements before start date.
• Maintain active licensure and equipment during the assignment.

Required Qualifications:

• Active physical therapy license.
• Experience in a clinical setting providing physical therapy services.
• Ability to complete documentation directly with ATI outside of initial clearance processes.
• Availability to start mid-August.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience working in a contract or QA environment.
• Familiarity with credentialing requirements and setting up equipment.
