Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in an ortho, neuro, and geriatric setting operating Monday through Saturday
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10–12 patients per day, with 8–11 typically seen, including 1–3 evaluations and the remainder follow-up visits
• Conduct patient appointments in 30- and 45-minute scheduled durations
• Document patient care and progress using Epic electronic health records
• Float between affiliated facilities within the region as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid California Physical Therapist license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience as required for submission
• Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's
• Willingness to float between sister facilities as assigned
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Spanish-speaking ability preferred
• Prior experience with Epic charting system
• Background in outpatient orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy
