Travel - Surgical First Assist

Contract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 3 days/week | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Surgical First Assist in an active Operating Room environment performing procedures across General, Orthopedic, ENT, Urology, and Breast specialties
- Operate and assist with advanced surgical technology including the Da Vinci Xi and Globus robotic systems
- Utilize the Expanse documentation system for accurate and timely clinical recordkeeping
- Fulfill on-call obligations including call every 4th weekend and 2 call shifts per week
- Adapt patient care approach based on procedure type and associated patient ratios
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical First Assist in a hospital setting
- Active Compact Nursing or Allied Health License required at time of submission
- New Hampshire Medical Technician License required
- Current BLS certification required
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Robotic surgical experience, particularly with Da Vinci Xi or similar platforms
- Spine surgery experience strongly preferred
