Cath Lab Tech (Radiology/Cardiology – Cath Lab/EP)

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Days | 4x10 Hours (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM) | On-Call Required: 1 call day per week and one weekend every 5–6 weeks | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures
- Assist with PCI procedures including stents, balloon angioplasty, laser, rotational atherectomy, Impella, IABP, and CTO interventions
- Support Structural Heart procedures including TAVR, Balloon Valvuloplasty, and Watchman device implantation
- Assist with Electrophysiology procedures including EPS, Afib/Flutter ablations, BiV and pacemaker implants
- Document patient care and procedural data using EPIC electronic health records
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
- ARRT-R or CCI RCIS certification required
- Active Washington State Radiologic Technologist (RT) or Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (CIS) license required; pending licensure not accepted
- Candidates with a permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for a travel contract
- All requested time off must be disclosed at time of submittal
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation
- Prior experience in a short-term acute care hospital setting
