Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Nights (12-Hour Shifts, 7:45 PM – 6:15 AM) | Every other weekend required | One on-call shift every two weeks | Two winter holidays required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct respiratory therapy care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established clinical protocols
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory conditions across assigned units
• Operate and manage respiratory equipment including ventilators and related devices
• Document patient care accurately using the facility EMR system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and adjust patient treatment plans
• Care for PEDS/NICU patients when applicable and when NRP certification is held

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) experience
• Active CRT or RRT credential
• Active Missouri state respiratory therapy license
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Must not be a new graduate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 3 or more years of RRT experience
• PEDS and/or NICU experience with active NRP certification
• Familiarity with Cerner or similar EMR platforms (facility uses Altera Sunrise, formerly Allscripts)
