- Full-time, Days shift, 8 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient orthopedic therapy services to patients in a clinic setting
- Float to other clinics within the network as needed to support patient care
- Maintain a productivity rate of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients daily
- Double-book follow-up visits to optimize patient throughput
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement treatment plans
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid state license as a Physical Therapist
- Outpatient therapy experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment
- Willingness to float between clinics within the area
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred
- Flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week with approval for overtime from the director
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
