Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – NICU

Contract | Travel | Full-Time | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Onsite | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services within a Level III NICU setting, delivering care to neonatal and pediatric patient populations
• Perform airway management and ventilator management utilizing equipment including G5, Servo, Avea, HFOV, Jet, and V60/V30 ventilators
• Support the emergency department as needed with respiratory care interventions
• Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner using the facility EMR system (Meditech)
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with nursing staff, providers, and interdisciplinary care teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care NICU RRT experience in a hospital setting
• Level III NICU experience required
• Pediatric (PEDS) experience required
• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Critical care experience in adult and/or neonatal/pediatric settings
• PICU experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR
