Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Full-Time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 20-bed Multi Trauma PCU unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Manage complex trauma patients including those requiring chest tubes, tracheostomies, and suction
• Operate and monitor unit equipment including ventilators, feeding pumps, IV pumps, wound vacs, specialty beds, and suction devices
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, physicians, and patient care technicians on the night shift
• Document patient care accurately using the facility's EMR system (Meditech / CPN)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with a minimum of 1–2 years of current acute care hospital PCU experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Demonstrated ability to manage chest tubes, trauma patients, tracheostomies, and suctioning

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR
• Experience in a Level 1 trauma center environment
