Contract | Days | 12-Hour Shifts (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Call Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate cardiac surgeries including complex CABG, valve procedures, and repeat cardiac cases
• Provide direct patient care for a high-acuity adult cardiac population including heart failure, ECMO, VAD, heart and lung transplant, PTE, cardiac trauma, and adult congenital cases
• Fulfill call requirements as part of a three-layer, 24/7 call rotation in addition to scheduled 3x12-hour shifts (call requirements rotate every 6 weeks)
• Work within a large-volume OR environment supporting both inpatient and outpatient cardiac surgical cases
• Float between OR rooms within the same facility as needed based on unit demand

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience
• Ability to both scrub and circulate cardiac surgeries
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Willingness and availability to fulfill all call obligations (3 layers of call, 24/7)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ECMO, VAD, heart and lung transplant, or pulmonary thromboendarterectomy (PTE)
• Experience in a Level 1 trauma center or high-volume OR setting
• Familiarity with adult congenital cardiac procedures
