Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly
- Document patient assessments and treatment sessions accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active physical therapist license in the state of Washington
- Experience setting up therapy sessions and documentation
- Ability to complete required documentation, including some outside of clearance packets
- Willing to start with a temporary assignment and transition to permanent employment promptly
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous outpatient therapy experience preferred
- Knowledge of current compliance and documentation standards
