- Travel, Nights, 12-hour shifts, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical unit patients
- Assist with wound and dressing care on post-op burn and flap patients
- Utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts, air taps, wound vacs, and PCA pumps
- Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records (Meditech)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Support unit policies and promote positive patient and staff experiences
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital Med/Surg experience
- Current BLS certification
- Appropriate RN license in the state of Colorado
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Burn care experience
- Wound care and ostomy care experience
- ACLS certification
