- Travel Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg)

Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, 13-week assignment, Nights shift, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit in a busy hospital setting.
- Perform post-op assessments and postoperative care, including prostatectomy, hysterectomy, and other surgeries.
- Manage pain through PCA and epidural administration, monitor Foley catheter maintenance.
- Conduct patient assessments, post-op care, and manage urinary and wound care procedures.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes and adhere to hospital policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-year current acute care hospital Med/Surg experience.
- Valid BLS certification.
- Experience with Meditech EMR system.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- GYN/Onc and Urology experience.
- Med/Surg/Post-op experience.
- Prior Meditech electronic medical record experience.
