Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 13 to 26 weeks (flexible), days shifts, additional evenings

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered outpatient physical therapy services in a supportive environment
• Support and contribute to the clinic’s leadership team
• Manage a caseload of 55-63 patients per week ensuring quality care and treatment plans
• Maintain documentation and follow clinical protocols using Raintree EMR system
• Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive rehabilitative care
• Flexibly work 4 or 5-day schedules, with some evening shifts until 7:30 PM

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings
• Active PT license in Massachusetts or ability to obtain one
• Ability to meet pre-placement HealthStream module requirements
• Comfortable working evenings (until 7:30 PM two nights per week)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred but not required
• Familiarity with Raintree EMR system is a plus
