Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients within various settings
• Document patient progress and update treatment records accurately
• Support patient activities to promote functional independence
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Required Qualifications

• Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• State license or registration as required by local regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow treatment protocols and documentation procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting
• Knowledge of assistive devices and adaptive equipment
• Strong teamwork and patient-centered care approach
