Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, following facility protocols
- Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to the supervising RN or physician
- Assist with care planning and coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident outcomes
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing LTC/SNF environments
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license in the state of Nebraska
- Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Ability to work night shifts on a Sunday through Saturday work week schedule
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior contract or travel nursing experience in an LTC/SNF environment
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems used in skilled nursing settings
