Physical Therapist
Location: Culpeper, VA
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shifts, 5 days per week, 8 hours per shift, outpatient outpatient outpatient

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to adult and adolescent patients
• Manage approximately 50-55 patient visits per week
• Conduct Gross Motor Assessments and develop treatment plans
• Implement case management and coordinate patient care
• Perform orthopedic interventions including Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tears, Post-Operative Back Pain, and other musculoskeletal conditions
• Support patients with postural dysfunction, post-operative care, and non-surgical interventions for rotator cuff and other joint issues

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience with NextGen electronic medical records system
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
• Ability to work in a professional, business casual environment

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience treating a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Familiarity with case management and outpatient care workflows
