- Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery (Travel)
- Asheville, NC
- Travel, Night shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
- Provide specialized nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in a high-acuity labor and delivery unit.
- Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs, and respond to emergent situations with appropriate interventions.
- Assist with childbirth procedures, including vaginal deliveries and C-sections.
- Operate and manage fetal monitoring equipment and other clinical tools essential to patient care.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure timely and effective patient care.
- Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
- High-risk obstetric care experience required.
- Certification in BLS/ALS and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program).
- Experience with electronic fetal monitoring (EFM).
- Circulating nursing experience in Labor and Delivery.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
