- Travel, Full-time, Days shift, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopic procedures such as EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, and EBUS.
- Assist with intraoperative and pre/postoperative patient management, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Utilize Olympus endoscopes and manage reprocessing protocols including manual cleaning and high-level disinfection.
- Collaborate with a team of physicians and staff in a high-acuity environment, supporting interventional and therapeutic procedures.
- Maintain infection control standards and follow unit policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1-year current acute care experience as an Endoscopy RN
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- PACU experience
- Experience with Olympus scopes and reprocessing procedures
- Certified in ACLS
- Familiarity with circulating and tech procedures in Endoscopy
