Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services as coverage during a planned full-time PT leave
• Manage a varied patient caseload in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment
• Prioritize and deliver patient care with strong clinical reasoning
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate effectively with an experienced rehab team

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California
• Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach to patient care

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize patient care independently
