Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, travel, day shifts, 4 shifts per week, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, supporting PCI, Structural Heart, and diagnostic procedures
- Assist with procedures such as PCI, structural heart interventions, and diagnostic catheterizations
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain adherence to unit policies, safety standards, and equipment protocols
- Document patient care accurately using GE EMR systems (MacLab and Meditech)
- Work every other weekend and rotate holidays as per hospital policy
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab or EP lab setting
- Experience with PCI, structural heart procedures, and diagnostic caths
- Ability to work 10.5-hour day shifts
- Strong communication skills and positive personality fit
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel RN experience in a similar cardiac environment
- Familiarity with GE EMR systems, including MacLab and Meditech
- Experience with new equipment and technological advancements in cardiac procedures
