Job Title
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location
• Hampton, NH
Schedule / Job Type
• Contract, Days shifts, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and record patient health status and report changes to the healthcare team
• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and safety standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient care accurately and promptly
Required Qualifications
• Valid State License as LVN or LPN
• Proven experience in LTC/SNF (Long-Term Care/ Skilled Nursing Facility) setting
• Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts on days
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary healthcare environment
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
