Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech language pathology services to clients at designated facility
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with communication or swallowing disorders
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• May float to different units or facilities as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Ability to complete required fingerprinting and background clearance as mandated by the facility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in a hospital, clinic, or outpatient setting
• Familiarity with documentation systems and treatment planning tools
