Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients
• Implement therapy sessions to improve patient mobility and function
• Document patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and documentation requirements
• Adhere to all safety regulations and professional standards

Required Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience setting up therapy equipment and treatment areas
• Ability to work 8-hour daytime shifts
• Flexibility to work five days per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous hospital or outpatient therapy experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment
