Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with On-Call Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and established standards of care
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients for diagnostic imaging studies
• Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, ensuring proper calibration and quality control
• Evaluate and process image data, ensuring diagnostic quality prior to physician interpretation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required to support departmental coverage needs
• Document procedures accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
• Current NMTCB or ARRT (N) certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice in Georgia
• BLS certification required
• Ability to fulfill on-call obligations as part of the position requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel assignment experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Familiarity with a high-volume, full-service hospital environment
• Experience with a broad range of nuclear medicine imaging modalities and procedures
